      • “When we get a flood of initial public offerings, it’s usually a bad sign for the rest of the market,” CNBC’s Jim Cramer said.
      • “Money managers don’t have all this new money coming in, so they’ve got to sell holdings that are like these stocks in order to do some buying,” the “Mad Money” host said.
      • “Given that September tends to be a bad month for the market,” he said, “I’m urging you to be prepared as these deals start flowing.”

      • Applied Materials: “Applied Materials is a really great company. … I am in the end a guy who likes AMD and who likes Nvidia, and I like Broadcom, and I think they’re all better than that. Now, those are semiconductors, not semiconductor equipment.”
      • Nu Skin Enterprises: “Nu Skin’s a direct seller, and I don’t comment on direct seller companies.”
      • OptimizeRx Corp: “I’m a GoodRx guy, I don’t need the OptimizeRx. I like the GoodRx that’s coming public soon.”
      • Blackstone: “I like Blackstone Group, you should do it. I mean, I think that they’re terrific managers. It’s the right time to be in it. The stock’s come down a little bit. It’s down 8% for the year. I’m game.”
      • Horizon Therapeutics: “Horizon Therapeutics has just had too big a run. It’s just up gigantically, it’s up almost 100%, so I’m going to have to say ‘no’ to these levels.”
      • Purple Innovation: “I have never made money in the mattress and bedding business.”
      • Disney: “I think it’s a great thing.”
